Job summary

Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a System Integration Test Engineer for our Orlando, FL site. The position is a 12-month contract (W2) with a pay range of $49-58 per hour.

The candidate will plan, implement, and execute tests for in-house and COTS/GOTS components, collaborate in an Agile environment, and provide thorough test plans, results, and regression analyses. Steel toe shoes required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with C++.
• At least 2 years of experience in Integration.
• At least 2 years in a System/Software Integration Lab (SIL) performing test planning, procedure development, and execution of manual and automated tests.
• At least 2 years in an Agile team environment with daily scrums and sprint cadence.
• At least 2 years scripting automated tests and data analysis (Python, MATLAB).
• At least 2 years in hardware and software integration using COTS tools or bespoke tools.
• At least 2 years analyzing Software Problems.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for integration and testing of components and subsystems.
• Synthesizes customer contractual needs into system test solutions considering constraints.
• Establishes specifications and standards, solves interface problems, defines I/O parameters, ensures integration of the system.
• Reviews and derives requirements for testability; develops and executes comprehensive test plans and schedules.
• Coordinates testing activities with programs and other organizations.
• Analyzes test results and prepares evaluation reports to verify system performance.
• Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify fixes.
• Steel Toe Shoes are required for this position.
