RTX is recruiting a System Integration and Test Engineer in Tucson, AZ to support the standard missile programs. The role focuses on developing test strategies, coordinating transitions between development and production testing, and ensuring timely delivery through well-defined environments and interfaces with leadership.

The ideal candidate has a STEM degree, 8+ years of related experience, and an active US security clearance. Travel may be required across domestic and international sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Active in-scope US Secret clearance required.
• Experience with integration and testing of complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategy for critical program areas.
• Coordinate transition between engineering development and production test phases.
• Define test environments and requirements to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Interface with program managers and technical leadership on status and risks.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
