Job summary

RTX is seeking a Test Architect - System Integrator in Marlborough, MA, to lead systems integration and test activities across DoD programs. You will drive test strategy, plan and execute integration and regression testing, and analyze data to resolve issues, working with multidisciplinary teams.

Role requires 8+ years in a related field, experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux/Unix, and scripting, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally about 10% of the time.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with Systems Integration, test procedures, test plans, test scripts, data analysis, and/or verification.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux, Unix, shell scripting and/or other programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Devise and enforce test strategy for DoD program(s) end to end.
• Lead integration and test planning/execution and perform analysis to resolve observations.
• Develop documentation to support integration, test plans, activities, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to generate test approaches and ensure test-readiness.
• Define and enforce technical processes in software and hardware integration and test activities.
• Frequent interaction with customer community; travel approx. 10%.
