Job summary

Specialty Dental Brands is seeking a System Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end projects across our supported practices nationwide. You will manage initiation, planning, execution, and closure, collaborating with IT, Procurement, Operations, Revenue Cycle, and practice leadership to ensure successful go-lives and stabilized systems.

Ideal candidates have strong project management experience, familiarity with healthcare technology, and certification options (PMP/Agile) are a plus.

Qualifications

Experience leading healthcare IT projects across multiple departments.
Proven ability to manage PMS conversions, implementations, migrations or similar tech transitions.
Familiarity with IT environments, data migration, testing, and change control.
Strong communication with leadership, vendors, and practice teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end projects from initiation to closure for the assigned conversions.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk/issue logs.
Coordinate cross-functional work with IT, Operations, Revenue Cycle, and leadership.
Serve as primary point of contact for project updates, escalations and decisions.
Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track action items.
Identify risks, blockers, and resource constraints early and escalate as needed.
Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and operational continuity.
Track post-go-live issues and capture lessons learned.
