Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Senior BA, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM in system implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with global teams.
• Experience coordinating UAT activities and vendor management.
• Facilitation, documentation, and follow-up skills are essential.
• Experience with enterprise software or operational system implementations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities for the system implementation project.
• Partner with internal business stakeholders and external vendor teams to track progress, resolve issues, and drive deliverables.
• Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution tracking, issue follow-up, and stakeholder communication.
• Organize and lead working sessions, project meetings, follow-up calls, and status update meetings.
• Coordinate end-user training sessions and support change management activities.
• Provide regular project status reporting, including risks, dependencies, timelines, and action items.
• Develop SME in the product and business processes to support implementation activities effectively.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of approximately 15 stakeholders across business and technical functions.
