Job summary

UPMC System Float Team is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time, permanent role with guaranteed hours and travel assignments across Pennsylvania, New York, and Western Maryland. Eligible candidates may receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in Medical-Surgical and Emergency Department.
• Willingness to rotate to different facilities on a six-week cadence.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in assigned UPMC facilities and units.
• Rotate assignments approximately every six weeks across facilities.
• Communicate patient status with physicians and the healthcare team.
• Follow hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety standards.
• Assist in patient education, discharge planning, and collaboration with care teams.
