UPMC System Float Team seeks experienced Registered Nurses to provide high‑quality care across Medical‑Surgical and Emergency Department units. You will rotate to new UPMC facilities roughly every six weeks, supporting patient care across Pennsylvania, New York, and Western Maryland.

This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus! Eligible candidates may receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment. Current UPMC employees are not eligible for the sign-on bonus program.
