Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 1+ years of related experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Understanding of manufacturing systems and unit operations.
• Experience with data and performance metrics analysis.
• Background in consumer products or process industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and analytical methods.

• Lead safety initiatives and promote a safety culture on the floor.
• Troubleshoot, problem solve and build team capability on operating foundations.
• Own process leadership tasks, drive loss elimination and continuous improvement.
• Develop and apply data, metrics, and systems to optimize performance and quality.
• Provide startup and back-up support to enable platform execution.
