This role provides technical leadership on packaging and processing with on-floor problem solving and safety emphasis to build foundational 4M and operation theory knowledge. As you gain equipment and process knowledge, you’ll tackle loss elimination, system utilization, and data analytics while collaborating with operators, maintenance, and QA.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with applicable experience.
• 1–2 years of related manufacturing systems/packaging experience.
• Experience with data and performance metrics analysis.
• Food product/process/packaging experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Food Safety and Safety 2.0 practices on the floor.
• Develop and own Operations Foundational Systems (CIL, CL, TOO).
• Drive Loss Tree and glidepaths; lead loss elimination tasks.
• Provide start-up support and back-up operations as needed.
• Engage across teams to improve reliability and throughput.
