Qualifications

• Consumer Products or Process Industry experience.
• Statistical analysis and analytical methods.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, problem solve and facilitate on-the-floor activities to build team confidence and capability.
• Grow equipment and technical knowledge to identify and execute solutions for performance improvements.
• Support loss elimination initiatives and system utilization improvements.
• Provide backup support to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with platform team and cross-functional partners (SE, QE, Maintenance).
