Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in systems engineering, technical support, infrastructure, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of experience in GMP, pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Qualified.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for business systems and plant-floor interfaces, resolving incidents within service levels.
• Develop understanding of the system platform and grow toward independent operation.
• Support infrastructure activities (servers, network, user access, configuration) to keep digital solutions running.
• Provide technical support for QC Lab systems and interfaces with lab and quality teams to maintain uptime.
• Gather and document requirements from manufacturing, quality, and IT stakeholders into technical specifications.
• Author and maintain SOPs and process documentation aligned with GMP and validation practices.
• Support design, configuration, qualification, and change management of systems with proper documentation.
• Deliver tasks to improve or maintain business solutions and expand knowledge of business processes.
• Analyze systems to identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and process improvement.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., PowerBI) to track performance.
• Assist in training materials and end-user adoption of new solutions.
• Adhere to security, safety, and compliance protocols and SOPs.
