Job summary

Neo Group ищет старшего системного инженера для разработки и эволюции инфраструктуры в продакшн среде. Вы будете работать над платформенным подходом, стандартизировать процессы и внедрять инструменты, упрощающие развёртывание и поддержку сервисов.

Кандидат должен обладать опытом с Kubernetes в продакшн, IaC и сильными навыками скриптов. Роль предусматривает удалённую работу с гибким графиком и перспективы карьерного роста.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в инфраструктурной инженерии, SRE/DevOps или аналогичных ролях.
• Опыт работы с Kubernetes в продакшн и управлением инфраструктурой как код.
• Опыт CI/CD и автоматизации инфраструктуры с Terraform/Ansible.
• Программирование или скрипты на Python/Go/Bash для внутривенных инструментов.

Responsibilities

• Помогать развивать инфраструктуру и операции в рамках моделирования платформы.
• Стандартизировать и автоматизировать инфраструктурные рабочие процессы; уменьшение ручных действий.
• Строить повторно используемые инфраструктурные возможности для баз данных, очередей, DNS, вычислений и мониторинга.
• Разрабатывать внутренние инструменты, API и декларативные рабочие процессы для жизненного цикла инфраструктуры.
• Улучшать интеграцию Kubernetes, CI/CD, сетей, секретов и наблюдаемости.

We are on the lookout for a Senior System Engineer to join our Engineering Team.

• Help evolve Infrastructure & Operations toward a platform engineering model
• Standardize and automate infrastructure workflows and reduce manual provisioning
• Build reusable infrastructure capabilities for databases, messaging, secrets, DNS, compute, monitoring, and application environments
• Develop internal tooling, APIs, and declarative workflows for infrastructure lifecycle management
• Improve integration between Kubernetes, CI/CD, networking, secrets management, databases, and observability systems
• Participate in architecture and technical design of platform and infrastructure services
• Improve reliability, scalability, and operational simplicity of production infrastructure
• Investigate complex infrastructure and production issues across Linux, networking, applications, and distributed systems
• Improve observability, diagnostics, and troubleshooting capabilities
• Work closely with Development, DevOps, SRE, DBA, Security, and Infrastructure units
• Standardize common infrastructure solutions and document how they should be implemented and used
• Evaluate and introduce technologies that improve developer experience and infrastructure efficiency

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Engineering, SRE, DevOps, Production Engineering or similar roles
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding of production infrastructure, networking and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management, using Terraform, Ansible or similar tools
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation workflows
• Programming or strong scripting skills in Python, Go, Java, Bash or similar
• Experience with monitoring and observability systems
• Understanding of secrets management and secure infrastructure access patterns
• Experience integrating infrastructure systems through APIs
• Ability to design reusable infrastructure solutions instead of one-off automation
• Strong systems thinking and ability to troubleshoot complex cross-system issues
• Ability and willingness to learn new infrastructure and platform technologies
• Strong analytical thinking and technical curiosity
• Ownership and responsibility
• Pragmatic approach to automation and engineering
• Ability to work independently on ambiguous technical problems
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to remain hands-on and share technical knowledge
