Job summary

Neo Group приглашает старшего системного инженера для поддержки и эволюции инфраструктуры в рамках платформенного подхода. Вы будете внедрять повторно используемые инфраструктурные возможности, автоматизировать процессы и обеспечивать тесную интеграцию Kubernetes, CI/CD, секретов и наблюдаемости.

Кандидат будет работать в тесном сотрудничестве с командами разработки, DevOps, SRE, DBA, Security и Infrastructure, документировать решения и внедрять новые технологии для улучшения опыта разработчиков

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в инфраструктуре, SRE, DevOps или аналогичных ролях.
• Сильные навыки Linux и устранения неисправностей в продакшн-окружении.
• Опыт эксплуатации Kubernetes в продакшне.
• Практика IaC и конфигурационного управления (Terraform, Ansible).
• Опыт CI/CD и автоматизации инфраструктуры.
• Программирование или скрипты (Python/Go/Java/Bash).
• Мониторинг, наблюдаемость и управление секретами.
• Опыт интеграции систем через API и разработки повторно используемых решений.

Responsibilities

• Формирование инфраструктурной платформы и переход к platform engineering.
• Стандартизация и автоматизация рабочих процессов инфраструктуры.
• Создание повторно используемых возможностей (базы данных, сообщения, секреты, DNS, вычисления, окружения).
• Разработка внутренних инструментов, API и декларативных рабочих процессов.
• Интеграция Kubernetes, CI/CD, сетей, секретов и систем наблюдения.
• Участие в архитектурном и техническом проектировании сервисов платформы.
• Повышение надёжности, масштабируемости и операционной простоты.
• Расследование инцидентов и улучшение диагностики и observability.
• Кросс-функциональное взаимодействие с Development, DevOps, SRE, DBA, Security, Infrastructure.
• Документация решений и best practices; внедрение новых технологий для опыта разработчиков.

We are on the lookout for a Senior System Engineer to join our Engineering Team.

• Platform Engineering & Transformation: Help evolve Infrastructure & Operations toward a platform engineering model
• Workflow Automation & Standardization: Standardize and automate infrastructure workflows and reduce manual provisioning
• Core Capabilities & Provisioning: Build reusable infrastructure capabilities for databases, messaging, secrets, DNS, compute, monitoring, and application environments
• Internal Tooling & Lifecycle Management: Develop internal tooling, APIs, and declarative workflows for infrastructure lifecycle management
• Ecosystem & Tooling Integration: Improve integration between Kubernetes, CI/CD, networking, secrets management, databases, and observability systems
• Architectural & Technical Design: Participate in architecture and technical design of platform and infrastructure services
• Reliability & Performance Engineering: Improve reliability, scalability, and operational simplicity of production infrastructure
• Troubleshooting & Incident Investigation: Investigate complex infrastructure and production issues across Linux, networking, applications, and distributed systems
• Observability & Diagnostics: Improve observability, diagnostics, and troubleshooting capabilities
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Development, DevOps, SRE, DBA, Security, and Infrastructure units
• Documentation & Best Practices: Standardize common infrastructure solutions and document how they should be implemented and used
• Technology Innovation & Developer Experience: Evaluate and introduce technologies that improve developer experience and infrastructure efficiency

Требования:

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Engineering, SRE, DevOps, Production Engineering or similar roles
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding of production infrastructure, networking and distributed systems
• Hands‑on experience operating Kubernetes in production
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management, using Terraform, Ansible or similar tools
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation workflows
• Programming or strong scripting skills in Python, Go, Java, Bash or similar
• Experience with monitoring and observability systems
• Understanding of secrets management and secure infrastructure access patterns
• Experience integrating infrastructure systems through APIsAbility to design reusable infrastructure solutions instead of one‑off automation
• Strong systems thinking and ability to troubleshoot complex cross‑system issues
• Ability and willingness to learn new infrastructure and platform technologies
• Strong analytical thinking and technical curiosity
• Ownership and responsibility
• Pragmatic approach to automation and engineering
• Ability to work independently on ambiguous technical problems
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to remain hands‑on and share technical knowledge
