Qualifications

• Управление и поддержка Linux-серверов в bare-metal, контейнерной и облачной среде (production)

• Опыт автоматизации через Chef, Ansible или Salt

Responsibilities

• Контроль инфраструктуры и сервисов (DNS, GitLab, Artifactory, Vault, Loki, Prometheus)
• Ежедневная эксплуатация: обновления, патчи, бэкап, безопасность, мониторинг
• Поддержка приватных облаков на OpenStack и Kubernetes
• Настройка и обслуживание Linux-серверов в разных окружениях
• Разбор инцидентов, анализ корневых причин, пост-морто
• Обеспечение устойчивости окружений и SLA
• Снижение операционных затрат через автоматизацию
• Сотрудничество с разработчиками для устранения проблем в проде
• Обновление документации и процедур эксплуатации
• Постоянное обучение и применение лучших практик в индустрии

Quadcode is a fintech company engaged in financial brokerage activities and providing financial products to global clients. Its internal trading platform is offered to other brokers as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution.

Задачи:

• Oversee infrastructure components and services, including DNS, GitLab, Artifactory, Vault, Loki, and Prometheus


• Perform day-to-day operations, including upgrades, CVE patching, backup and restore, security scans, and monitoring


• Manage and support private clouds based on OpenStack and Kubernetes


• Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux systems across bare-metal, virtual machine, and container environments


• Resolve incidents, provide support coverage, categorize issues, conduct post-mortems, and perform root cause analysis


• Ensure environments remain stable and meet availability SLAs


• Reduce operational effort and automate repetitive tasks to minimize manual work


• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot production infrastructure issues


• Keep infrastructure documentation and operational procedures up to date


• Keep up with industry best practices through continuous upskilling

Требования:

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Linux System Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer, focused on infrastructure


• Extensive experience designing, building, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux servers across bare-metal, container, and cloud environments


• Production experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Linux servers


• Understanding of process control, logging, and Linux service management


• Experience with infrastructure services such as Vault, Artifactory, and DNS


• Proficiency with automation tools such as Chef, Ansible, or Salt


• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments


• Experience with monitoring and log aggregation tools such as Grafana, ELK, or Graylog


• Experience deploying and maintaining systems on OpenStack, VMware, Proxmox, or public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure


• Scripting skills in Bash and Python


• Familiarity with configuring servers and databases, including Apache Tomcat, Nginx, MySQL DB, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and RabbitMQ


• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD workflows


• Russian at least C1 and English at least B1
