Job summary

NDA ищет специалиста по DevSecOps для ведения эволюции функций безопасности в инженерной команде. Вы будете продвигать принципы безопасности и устойчивость Kubernetes (EKS) и сервис-мешей, сотрудничая с DevOps.

Кандидат будет развивать инфраструктурную защиту, внедрять политики, работать с Terraform/Ansible и инструментами SAST/DAST, обеспечивая безопасность на протяжении всего цикла разработки.

Qualifications

• Сильное практическое понимание современных DevOps принципов и дизайна CI/CD с упором на безопасность
• Практический опыт работы с Kubernetes или аналогичной оркестрацией контейнеров
• Опыт инфраструктуры как кода (Terraform, Ansible, Chef или эквивалент)
• Опыт администрирования производительной инфраструктуры: веб-серверы, БД, сервисы
• Понимание сетевых концепций (TCP/IP, маршрутизация, OSI)
• Опыт Securing distributed systems и микро-сервисной архитектуры
• Опыт работы с системами контроля версий (Git)
• Опыт обеспечения безопасности в облаках, преимущественно AWS; GCP и др. поставщики
• Умение оценивать уровень безопасности инфраструктуры, обнаруживать уязвимости и внедрять remediation
• Опыт внедрения IAM и практик автоматизации безопасности
• Опыт работы с Vault и PAM
• Опыт интеграции SAST/DAST и зависимостей в CI/CD
• Знание SSDLC и OWASP SAMM v2
• Уровень английского не ниже upper-intermediate

Responsibilities

• Развивать DevSecOps функции, устанавливать приоритеты безопасности и продвигать безопасность как менталитет разработки
• Сотрудничать с DevOps для повышения безопасности Kubernetes/EKS, Istio и связанной инфраструктуры
• Встраивать best practices по безопасности в процессы эксплуатации и обучать команды
• Создавать и развивать policy-as-code и механизмы валидации инфраструктуры (OPA и др.)
• Улучшать безопасность инфраструктуры через IaC и рабочие процессы развертывания
• Интегрировать, поддерживать и оптимизировать тестирование безопасности и сканирование в жизненном цикле ПО
• Строить автоматизацию мониторинга безопасности, комплаенс-контролей и операционных процедур в целях повышения эффективности

• Drive the evolution of the DevSecOps function by defining security initiatives and long-term priorities, and promote a security-first engineering mindset Partner with the DevOps team to improve the security and resilience of Kubernetes (EKS), Istio, Service Mesh, and related cloud-native infrastructure
• Support engineering teams during service transitions by embedding security best practices into operational processes and ensuring effective knowledge sharing
• Develop and maintain policy-as-code frameworks and infrastructure validation mechanisms using OPA and other compliance automation tools
• Improve the security of infrastructure provisioning and deployment workflows across Terraform, Ansible, and other Infrastructure-as-Code solutions
• Integrate, maintain, and optimize security testing and scanning capabilities throughout the software development and release lifecycle
• Build automation around security monitoring, compliance checks, and operational controls to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort

Требования

• Strong practical understanding of modern DevOps principles and secure CI/CD pipeline design
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or other enterprise-grade container orchestration platforms
• Proven experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or equivalent tools
• Solid background administering production infrastructure, including web servers, databases, and supporting services
• Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, routing principles, and the OSI model
• Experience securing distributed systems and microservices-based architectures
• Proficiency with Git or other source code version control platforms
• Practical experience securing cloud environments, preferably AWS; experience with GCP or other major cloud providers is also valuable
• Ability to assess infrastructure security posture, identify vulnerabilities, and implement appropriate remediation measures
• Experience implementing identity and access management controls and security automation practices
• Hands-on knowledge of secrets management platforms such as Vault and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
• Experience integrating SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, container scanning, or similar security tooling into CI/CD workflows
• Good understanding of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) principles and familiarity with security maturity frameworks such as OWASP SAMM v2
• English at upper-intermediate level or higher
