Job summary

Jovian Concepts, LLC is seeking a System Engineer Level 1 in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. A current TS/SCI clearance with a Maryland polygraph is required. The role involves analyzing user requirements, lead design activities, and providing technical leadership across system integration and documentation.

The ideal candidate will support DoDAF-based architectures, SOA approaches, and the development of system engineering plans, with communications across government and program teams.

Qualifications

• Current and active TS/SCI clearance with a MD Polygraph is required.
• Seven (7) years experience as a SE in programs of similar scope, type and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities and guide feasibility studies.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design and technology.
• Develop system architecture and system design documentation.
• Coordinate with Government and stakeholders on SE technical considerations.
• Develop and maintain System Engineering Plans and Interface Control Documents.
