Role & Responsibilities

• Experience with ERP, HRIS, and CRM systems (Mandate)
• Proficiency in the following Technologies (Mandate):

1. Web services (XML/JSON and SOAP/REST protocols)
2. REST APIs
3. SQL Development
4. ServiceNow (SNOW)

• Experience with Integrations/RPA using tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or IBM AppConnect (CastIron) (Mandate)
• Knowledge of DBA tasks, including deployments, maintenance planning, string manipulation, and SQL statement authoring (Desired)
• Experience with SaaS application development tool sets (Mandate)
• Experience in Microsoft Technologies (Mandate)
• Experience with Enterprise Applications Production support (On-Prem and SaaS) (Mandate)
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, .NET, and C#

Work Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
