Responsibilities
Perform traditional systems engineering functions, including high‑level system design, specification of system/component performance and interface requirements, and development of installation, integration and acceptance test plans.
Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an appropriate security clearance are required (e.g., active TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph).
- Provide hands‑on architecture, systems integration and systems administration in support of JCMA activities.
- Integrate RF communication systems to monitor for COMSEC vulnerabilities.
- Work closely with mission operators and developers to provide innovative solutions to difficult problems.
- Perform a variety of systems engineering tasks focused on technical problem solving, requirements specification, process development, risk analysis and solutions design to advance cybersecurity mission success.
- Assist with installation of RF equipment, servers and networking equipment, including data center requirements.
- Support data path engineering efforts.
- Identify new and existing products, technologies and architectures to solve design, development and operational problems.
- Travel within the United States may be required to support equipment delivery and installation.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph.
- A doctoral degree and no experience.
- A master’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience.
- A bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience.
- An associate’s degree plus 7 years of relevant experience.
- A high school diploma/GED plus 9 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in‑depth experience clearly related to the position.
Desired Technical Skills
- Cybersecurity.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with corporate data flows.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $45.61 – $119.86 per hour. Hourly pay rates listed are general guidelines and are not guaranteed; compensation may vary based on factors such as government contract rates, education, experience, skills, certifications and geographic location. The listed rates are pre‑benefit gross wages.
