Job summary

Unclassified is seeking an MSP Systems Engineer to join our client-facing team. You will handle day-to-day IT support as well as more advanced projects, provisioning users and setting up hardware.

As a client-facing engineer, you will troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed, and grow from level 1 to level 2 in an official capacity within a fast-growing MSP environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of IT or technician experience.
• Comfortable administering Windows and macOS.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Google Workspace user management.
• Experience with a ticketing system (Zendesk, Jira Service Desk, Freshservice).
• Networking fundamentals.
• Hardware imaging, deployment, and asset tracking.
• Clear in written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities
