Find Great People | FGP is seeking a motivated Managed Services Engineer to support and maintain IT environments for a diverse client base. This role emphasizes attitude, communication, and a passion for technology.

You will provide technical support, monitor networks, troubleshoot servers, and assist with cybersecurity and virtualization implementations, while documenting and collaborating with engineers and field technicians.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience and technical aptitude will be considered.
• Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, Security+, or Fortinet are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and exceptional customer service to clients.

• Support implementations of networking, wireless, firewall, cybersecurity, and virtualization solutions.
• Respond to service tickets and system alerts in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Collaborate with engineers and field technicians to deliver successful IT solutions.

• Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience is a plus.

Education & Certifications

• Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
