What You'll Do:
- Allocate and maintain the technical baseline for the thread
- Ensure interface understanding via ICD analysis
- Maintain complete requirements traceability within the RTM
- Ensure the development and execution of a complex air defense program that consists of two primary IPTs.
- This work spans the entire systems engineering workflow including requirements management, system design, test planning, integration, and V&V.
- Manage/monitor the execution of work scope, determine team staffing allocations, and provide feedback on team execution.
- Coordinate across organizational disciplines and functions to identify team/work issues, resolve roadblocks and ensure completion of team objectives.
- Support program execution and growth through continuous improvement of people, processes, and tools.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Technology or Engineering or Math
- 12+years of experience in professional/military
- 12+years of experience with leading technical teams and designing large-scale distributed systems.
- 12+years of experience with systems engineering, system integration, system verification, and system test.
- 12+years of experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Risk and Opportunity Management.
- 12+years of experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or in the field supporting integration and verification of RF systems while also managing various tasks, requirements, and commitments.
- 12+years of experience with DoD or similar major programs throughout the product lifecycle including compliance with DoD technology release and export licensing policies.

- Requires an Active TS/SCI clearance
- Occasional local and non-local travel.
