In this role, you'll work within a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for developing test programs, validating system and subsystem requirements, and supporting the lifecycle of complex electrical and optical systems.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute system and subsystem verification and qualification test programs.
- Support requirements development, decomposition, allocation, traceability, and validation activities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented and tested.
- Support electrical and optical system design, integration, and qualification efforts.
- Participate in system architecture reviews, technical assessments, and product development activities.
- Support transition of new products from development into manufacturing.
- Analyze system performance, test results, and verification data to identify issues and recommend improvements.
- Develop technical documentation, test procedures, requirements specifications, and engineering reports.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and support program objectives.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Product Development, Test Engineering, Integration Engineering, or related technical environments with a Bachelor's degree; or 3+ years of experience with a Master's degree.
- 3+ years of experience developing, managing, decomposing, or verifying system requirements.
- 3+ years of experience supporting system integration, qualification testing, validation, or product verification activities.
- 2+ years of experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams consisting of systems, electrical, software, mechanical, or manufacturing engineers.
- 2+ years of experience supporting technical documentation, engineering specifications, or test procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM discipline.
