Qualifications

  • BS degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline with 2+ years of relevant experience; or MS with 6+ months of relevant experience.
  • 2+ years hands-on MBSE experience.
  • 2+ years experience using MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler or similar modeling platforms.
  • 2+ years experience developing SysML models including behavioral, structural, and requirements diagrams.
  • 2+ years experience supporting requirements management, systems engineering, integration, or test engineering activities.
  • 1+ year experience using DOORS or DOORS Next Generation.
  • 1+ year experience supporting Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage MBSE models for complex system architectures.
  • Create SysML diagrams including behavioral, structural, interface, and requirements diagrams.
  • Support system architecture development, functional decomposition, interface management, and trade studies.
  • Collaborate with systems, software, hardware, integration, and test teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Manage system requirements and ensure traceability between requirements, architecture, design, and verification activities.
  • Support digital engineering initiatives using MBSE methodologies and architecture frameworks.
  • Contribute to Agile development efforts and systems engineering best practices.
  • Help drive adoption of MBSE tools, processes, and digital engineering capabilities across program teams.
