Position: Systems Admin

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day technical operations of 250 Windows Servers.
• Administer and support Windows server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Serve as the Microsoft domain and Office365 expert, improving functionality, performance, and automation.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to streamline workflows.
• Document system requirements, design specifications, implementation strategies, and operational procedures.
• Ensure system stability, technical objectives, and user satisfaction are achieved.
• Align processes and technologies across business segments.
• Address implementation obstacles by assessing situations, testing options, and introducing new procedures or tools.
• Develop creative technical solutions in collaboration with the team.
• Create detailed business cases for software implementations and enhancements.
• Contribute to the IT department's strategy with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Perform system enhancements, configuration changes, and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with application design, testing, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate change requests, testing, and communication with user groups and QA teams.
• Participate in project management and delivery frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• Industry certifications (ITIL, MCSA, MCSE, Azure, O365, VMWare, AWS) are a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, WSUS, and similar technologies.
• At least 5 years of experience with Exchange Online and Office365.
• Minimum 2 years of Azure experience.
• Strong understanding of business workflows and automation recommendations.
