HHS Environmental Services, LLC (USA) is seeking a dynamic leader to direct a hospital housekeeping operation, driving safety, cleanliness, and patient satisfaction. You will manage a team across multiple sites and ensure a productive work environment that supports healing.

You will oversee 200+ salaried and hourly staff, develop a competent management team, and partner with C-suite to ensure regulatory compliance, patient experience metrics, and ongoing operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be relocatable for all purposes.
• Hospital healthcare experience required.
• 2+ years managing salaried and hourly employees.
• Familiarity with OSHA, Joint Commission, CMS and other regulatory requirements.
• Spanish language proficiency is a big plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a goal-oriented hospital housekeeping department to create a productive, effective team environment.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where patients can heal.
• Oversee bed turnaround time and patient throughput tied to cleanliness and experience outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with C-suite/clients and ensure regulatory readiness (OSHA, Joint Commission, CMS, CDC).
• Manage vendor/service agreements (pest control, waste, linen, window washing, etc.).
• Develop and sign off on a documented competency program for your team.
