Job summary

HHS Environmental Services, LLC (USA) is seeking a dynamic hospital housekeeping manager in Fairview Park, OH. You will lead a goal-oriented department to create a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients and staff.

You will manage a team, drive quality, budgets, and regulatory compliance, while working a demanding schedule of 50–55 hours per week. Salary is 85,000 USD, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing salaried and hourly employees.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with OSHA, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory requirements.
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.

Annual Work Shift: All salaried managers are expected to work 50 to 55 hours per week. (United States of America)

Requirements

• 2+ years managing salaried and hourly employees
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities
• Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish (Not required but a big plus)
• Familiarity with OSHA, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory requirements
