Job summary

Systems Implementers, Inc. (SI) seeks a System Configuration Analyst to support ERP configurations at Hill AFB, Utah. The role combines functional and technical work with a focus on accurate change management, testing, and reporting.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, perform configuration analysis, and train teams on best practices. On-site requirements and security clearances may apply. This is a full-time, on-site position at Hill AFB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in configuration management, including knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Ability to interact with people and work on-site at Hill Air Force Base.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support for the ERP system across all areas within the squadron/group.
• Engage daily with internal and external customers to ensure correct priorities are being worked.
• Possess an in-depth understanding of ERP processes and the impact of system transactions.
• Analyze configuration change requests and propose alternate resolutions when necessary.
• Conduct system tests to ensure system functionality and process compliance.
• Maintain knowledge and clear understanding of all system changes.
• Effectively communicate changes and updates to all relevant parties.
• Participate in software testing and proof of concept activities.
• Contribute to process improvements events.
• Provide training and guidance on configuration processes, tools, and best practices.
• Identify and analyze issues to resolve conventional problems of increasing efficiency and productivity.
• Gather and consolidate appropriate data according to prescribed time frames.
• Conduct analysis and prepare reports, spreadsheets, graphs, templates, and briefing charts for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and organization
