Job summary

Systems Implementers, Inc. at Hill AFB in Utah seeks a System Configuration Analyst to support the ERP system across the squadron and ensure accurate configuration changes. This is a full-time, on-site role.

You will analyze change requests, conduct tests, prepare reports, and train staff on configuration processes and best practices.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or 7 years of experience, U.S. citizenship, and strong Microsoft Office and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support for the ERP system across the squadron/group.
• Engage daily with internal and external customers to ensure correct priorities are being worked.
• Possess an in-depth understanding of ERP processes and the impact of system transactions.
• Analyze configuration change requests and propose alternate resolutions when necessary.
• Conduct system tests to ensure system functionality and process compliance.
• Maintain knowledge and clear understanding of all system changes.
• Effectively communicate changes and updates to all relevant parties.
• Participate in software testing and proof of concept activities.
• Contribute to process improvements events.
• Provide training and guidance on configuration processes, tools, and best practices.
• Identify and analyze issues to resolve conventional problems of increasing efficiency and productivity.
• Gather and consolidate appropriate data according to prescribed time frames.
• Conduct analysis and prepare reports, spreadsheets, graphs, templates, and briefing charts for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and organization

Overview

Systems Implementers, Inc. (SI) is a contracted implementation consulting firm performing work at Hill AFB in Utah. The ideal candidate will have both functional and technical knowledge. Key Responsibilities
