MAK Anesthesia, LLC seeks a System Chief of Anesthesia to lead a hospital-system service line with both hands-on anesthesia practice and onsite administrative leadership. The role requires maintaining a clinical presence across multiple sites and building relationships with hospital and corporate leaders.

The Chief will oversee integration across a broad footprint, standardize care, and influence hiring, scheduling, and performance management for anesthesiologists and advanced practice providers.

Formación

• Board-certified MD/DO in Anesthesiology.
• Progressive anesthesia leadership experience across multiple sites preferred.
• Ability to lead across a large footprint with clinical and administrative duties.
