You will lead a large, established anesthesia team across multiple sites, partner with physician and executive leadership, and shape the future of anesthesia services within our growing health system.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the CRNA team across multiple sites of service.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and support CRNAs through coaching and professional development.
• Partner with physician leadership to support anesthesia services and patient outcomes.
• Contribute to quality, safety, staffing, scheduling, recruitment, retention, and team engagement initiatives.
• Serve as an advocate for the anesthesia team and a trusted leader within the department.
