Qualifications

• MD or DO board-certified in oncology and/or hematology.
• Completion of an ACGME-approved Oncology/Hematology Fellowship.
• Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment.
• 7+ years of experience in oncology/hematology.
• Strong commitment to patient care and education.

Responsibilities

• Articulate a clear vision, drive innovation, and set high expectations for achievement.
• Demonstrate collaboration within a team-oriented environment and maintain high levels of service.
• Lead the department's clinical, research and educational activities, including regional and national meetings.
• Direct all activities related to maintaining and advancing patient care within the Department.
• Oversee programmatic and operational aspects of Hematology and Oncology and engage in investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored trials.
