Job summary

Libertex Group is seeking a System Business Analyst to bridge communication between business and development teams in the data department. You will translate business needs into clear technical specifications and lead data mapping and API integration efforts.

Requirements include 3+ years as a Business/Systems Analyst, strong SQL, experience with data pipelines, data modeling, and API documentation tools. English level should be at least B2.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Background in IT or software development.
• Experience in product and marketing analytics.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data.
• Experience creating data flow diagrams (DFDs) and data architecture diagrams.
• Familiarity with API documentation tools and a basic understanding of REST API concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Spoken English at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into acceptance criteria and technical specifications for the development team.
• Analyze, define, and document detailed system requirements, including functional, non-functional, and integration requirements.
• Lead system configuration and data mapping efforts, particularly those involving APIs, third-party platforms, and internal system integrations.
• Support post-release validation and acceptance of features to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
