Job summary

Libertex Group seeks a System Business Analyst to bridge business and development teams, translating needs into technical specs. You will analyze system requirements, lead data mapping, and validate features post-release. Strong SQL, data analytics, and API familiarity are essential.

Ideal candidates have IT/software development background, experience in marketing analytics, and excellent communication. English at or above B2 level preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Background in IT or software development.
• Experience in product and marketing analytics.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data.
• Experience creating data flow diagrams (DFDs) and data architecture diagrams.
• Familiarity with API documentation tools and a basic understanding of REST API concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Spoken English at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into acceptance criteria and technical specifications for the development team.
• Analyze, define, and document detailed system requirements, including functional, non-functional, and integration requirements.
• Lead system configuration and data mapping efforts, particularly those involving APIs, third-party platforms, and internal system integrations.
• Support post-release validation and acceptance of features to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
