Job summary

Libertex Group is seeking a System Business Analyst in the data department to bridge communication between our business and development teams, translating business needs into clear technical specifications. You will collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and define detailed system requirements, including APIs and data architecture, with strong SQL and analytics experience.

This role requires 3+ years in BI/BA, IT background, excellent communication, and fluent English;

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Background in IT or software development.
• Experience in product and marketing analytics.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data.
• Experience creating data flow diagrams (DFDs) and data architecture diagrams.
• Familiarity with API documentation tools and REST API concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communications skills.
• Spoken English at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into acceptance criteria and technical specifications for the development team.
• Analyze, define, and document detailed system requirements, including functional, non-functional, and integration requirements.
• Lead system configuration and data mapping efforts, particularly those involving APIs and third-party platforms.
• Support post-release validation and acceptance of features to ensure stakeholder expectations.
