Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced System Architect with a strong background in Salesforce platform development and architecture. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects and possess deep technical expertise in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable Salesforce-based systems tailored to business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and implement Salesforce Flows, Apex classes/triggers, VisualForce pages, and Lightning Components.
• Ensure system integrity, security, and best practices are followed across all Salesforce configurations.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Salesforce development teams.
• Conduct code reviews, solution reviews, and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Support data migration, integration efforts, and performance tuning.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing projects.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform, including:
  • Salesforce Flows (Process Builder, Flow Builder)
  • Apex programming
  • VisualForce
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce APIs and integrations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data models, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or Platform Developer II).
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
