Design secure, scalable, and compliant cloud-based environments in accordance with the Department of Defense (DoD) Risk Management Framework (RMF), DevSecOps principles, and the Navy's RPOC and RAISE 2.0 standards.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate directly with Government cybersecurity authorities, RPOC DevSecOps teams, application vendors, and internal engineering IPTs to ensure effective cloud-based deployment strategies, containerization solutions, CI / CD security integration, and system resilience. Achieve and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) statuses through technical controls alignment and ensure secure, agile cloud operations for RCDC systems.Design, document, and maintain scalable, secure cloud environments aligned with DevSecOps enablement practices.Architect CI / CD pipeline integrations that ensure secure code build, testing, artifact management, and deployment
implementation of containerization and Kubernetes orchestration strategies, supporting RPOC platform compliance.Lead technical architecture reviews with Government Technical Authorities and RPOC Engineering Leads.Develop technical risk mitigation strategies in coordination with the Risk Management Plan and Cybersecurity Incident Response Plans.Collaborate with the Business Analyst and Systems Engineering team to ensure requirements are mapped to deployable cloud architectures.Support transition planning activities for handoff of architectures to operational support teams.Support vulnerability management, RMF security control inheritance, and audit readiness activities.Ensure all cloud environments meet or exceed NIST SP 800-53 standards.Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Perform other duties as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNone.Job RequirementsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Seven plus (7+) years of experience architecting cloud-based solutions for DoD or Federal environments.AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
knowledge of DevSecOps architectures, secure CI / CD pipeline development, and Kubernetes
understanding of RMF, NIST SP 800-171 / 800-53, and FedRAMP security requirements.Expertise with vulnerability scanning tools (ACAS), and audit
to obtain / maintain Secret clearance (generally, this requires U.S. Citizenship).Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and / or background checks.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSDemonstrated experience supporting Navy IT programs and RPOC / Raise processes is highly desired.Familiarity with Navy Enterprise Hosting Solutions (NEHS) and Navy Cloud Broker processes.Hands-on experience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform or

SCHEDULE Full-time.
