Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking a senior technology audit and remediation professional to lead enterprise-wide risk remediation within a banking environment. The role emphasizes SDLC governance, change control, and vulnerability management with strong collaboration across Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Compliance teams.

The candidate will translate regulatory findings into actionable remediation plans, drive progress, and provide executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in banking or financial services
• Strong expertise in technology change management and system lifecycle controls (SDLC, DevSecOps)
• Executive communication skills including risk narratives and dashboards
• Ability to convert audit findings into executable remediation plans with sustainable control outcomes
• Hands-on experience managing multiple remediation workstreams across complex technology teams
• Deep understanding of bank technology risk frameworks and standards (ITGC, SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT)
• Role requires 60% onsite client work in Jersey City, NJ
• Associates degree

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide technology issue risk and regulatory remediation within a banking environment
• Own end-to-end coordination, prioritization, and closure of audit findings
• Design and operationalize workflows to intake, assess, prioritize, track, and close issues
• Ensure remediation activities align with banking regulations and enterprise risk appetite
• Partner with Engineering, Cybersecurity, Risk Compliance, Internal Audit, and regulators
• Translate regulatory findings into executable remediation plans and validate control effectiveness
• Provide governance, reporting, and visibility into risk posture and remediation progress
• Embed automation and AI-assisted tooling to improve analysis and reporting
