Job summary

Plata Card is seeking System Analysts to join our Core Banking Systems, Customer Care, and other teams. You will participate in the full product development lifecycle, designing technical solutions, including architecture, APIs, and data models, and producing clear specifications for development teams.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design and other stakeholders to deliver scalable services, document technical requirements, and support end-to-end product development from idea to launch.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst
• Experience with designing API, architecture, data model and business processes
• UML/BPMN experience
• Ability to analyze business needs and create clear specifications for developers
• REST/gRPC models knowledge
• Experience launching and developing products from scratch
• Basic knowledge of prioritization frameworks and team interaction
• Basic SQL skills
• English level B1+ for international collaboration

Responsibilities

• Proactively propose strategies to enhance customer experience and optimize the conversion funnel
• Participate in the product lifecycle from idea to launch
• Draft specifications for integration interactions between products

We are looking for System Analysts to join one of our teams - Core Banking Systems, Customer Care,** **and others. This role involves active participation in the full product development lifecycle, from initial idea to launch. The specialist will be responsible for designing technical solutions, including architecture, APIs, and data models, as well as creating clear technical specifications for development teams.

• Proactively propose and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and optimize the conversion funnel, ensuring a seamless user journey
• Participation in the product’s life cycle from idea to implementation and launch
• Elaboration of specifications for integration interactions between products
• Work with Engineering, Design, and other key teams, ensuring a unified and effective approach to product development
• Creation of technical documentations, specifications and service requirements
• Designing efficient technical solutions considering business needs with development team
• Finding solutions for complex issues on production
• End-to-end product development requirements management
