Job description

TradingView is the world’s largest financial analysis platform with more than 100M users across 180+ countries.

We build tools that help traders and investors make informed decisions — from advanced charting and market data to collaboration and publishing features. Our products are used daily by millions of individuals and trusted by companies like Revolut, Binance, and CME Group.

We’re continuing to grow and scale our platform, and we’re looking for people who care about product quality, take ownership of their work, and want to build systems used by a global audience.

About the team

Our team is called Falcon. We develop and maintain the user experience around the TradingView Chart, helping millions of users interact with financial markets through the core TradingView interface.

The team's product area includes:

  • Chart page UI, layout, and core navigation.

  • Watchlists and symbol-related user workflows.

  • Fundamental analysis, company financial statements, analyst forecasts, company SEC documentation

  • Search, dialogs, toolbars, right-hand panel widgets, and other core Chart interactions.

  • Cross-platform functionality across web, mobile, desktop, Chart Library, and widgets.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will work closely with the Product Manager to elaborate product initiatives, define user scenarios and product logic, and prepare clear and high-quality product requirements.

Success in this role requires strong requirements analysis skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with complex user scenarios and interconnected product functionality. You should be comfortable analyzing existing product behavior, identifying edge cases and dependencies, and translating product needs into clear and actionable requirements.

You will work closely with the Product Manager, Designers, Engineers, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle - from requirements elaboration through release and subsequent product evolution.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze product initiatives and define detailed requirements together with the Product Manager.

  • Gather, analyze, structure, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

  • Prepare product specifications and PRDs for development.

  • Describe user scenarios, business rules, product logic, states, dependencies, and edge cases.

  • Analyze existing product behavior and ensure new functionality is consistent with established user experience and product patterns.

  • Work closely with Designers to elaborate user flows and ensure product requirements are accurately reflected in UX solutions.

  • Collaborate with Engineers to clarify requirements, understand technical constraints and dependencies, and support implementation.

  • Consider interactions between different product components and behavior across web, mobile, and desktop.

  • Support product initiatives throughout their entire lifecycle, from requirements elaboration to production release.

  • Support released functionality by analyzing user feedback, refining requirements, and contributing to further product improvements.

  • Maintain product documentation and keep it up to date.

What makes you the perfect fit
  • You are already based in Limassol (or other Cyprus cities) or Tbilisi.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

  • We also welcome candidates with a System Analyst background, provided their experience included business requirements gathering and work on user-facing products.

  • Strong hands-on experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting product requirements.

  • Experience preparing PRDs, functional requirements, user scenarios, use cases, or similar product documentation.

  • Ability to structure complex product logic and translate it into clear and understandable requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases, dependencies, and inconsistencies in product behavior.

  • Understanding of UX principles and experience working closely with Designers on user-facing functionality.

  • Sufficient technical knowledge to understand component interactions, integrations, synchronization, and technical constraints when discussing solutions with engineering teams.

  • Experience working across multiple teams and collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders.

  • Ability to analyze existing product behavior and work effectively with complex and evolving products.

  • Personal investing or trading experience, or regular use of investment products.

Financial Markets Expertise

Knowledge of financial markets is important for understanding TradingView users and the product context.

To be successful in this role, the candidate should:

  • understand common workflows of traders and investors when working with market data and financial products.

  • be comfortable learning financial concepts and product-specific terminology when required.

Deeper knowledge of trading, investing, or financial data is an advantage but is not required for this role.

Will be a plus
