Job summary

Plata (Banco Plata) is expanding its core banking and customer care teams. This role focuses on designing technical solutions, defining architecture, APIs, and data models, and creating clear specifications for development teams throughout the product lifecycle.

You will design API architectures, data models, and business processes, create integration requirements, and collaborate with Engineering and Design to drive product development from idea to launch.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Experience designing APIs, architecture, data models, and business processes.
• UML or BPMN experience and ability to create clear developer specifications.
• REST or gRPC models knowledge and scalable services experience.
• Hands-on product launching experience.
• Basic SQL skills and English at B1 or higher for international collaboration.
