Job summary

San Diego State University seeks a technically skilled System Analyst to support housing operations, overseeing customer support, software systems, and technology staff for reliable services to residents and employees.

The role partners with campus IT to manage integrations for StarRez and related tools, while leading student staff and contributing to enterprise IT objectives across SDSU’s housing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience.
• Experience with housing operations or campus IT environments is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate with campus IT partners and lead staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Help Desk and RezCon operations, including staff recruitment and training.
• Troubleshoot network and technology issues; manage tickets in ServiceNow.
• Provide lead direction to technology support staff; coordinate equipment and projects.
• Manage integrations and support for StarRez, TMA, CBORD, RezLife, and related apps.
• Support device and system management using Jamf, Intune, AD, and Azure.
