Qualifications

• Сильные лидерские качества, кадры и развитие людей, найм и оценка.
• Опыт планирования ресурсов, оптимизации процессов, эффективности и бюджета.
• Опыт установления ответственности, стандартов качества и метрик эффективности.
• Отличные лидерские, организационные навыки и коммуникация между функциями.
• Плюсом будет опыт работы в международных технологических компаниях.

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary design team of 15–20+ people across UX/UI, web, marketing, social media, events, merchandise, physical cards, and packaging. Own team performance, delivery timelines, quality standards, and budget. Build an effective organizational structure with clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability. Oversee resource allocation, workload distribution, hiring, and team development. Ensure effective collaboration between design, product, marketing, and other departments. Audit the current team structure, processes, workload, competencies, and costs. Reorganize and optimize the design function to improve efficiency and accountability. Establish clear workflows, planning, prioritization, and quality control processes. Identify skill gaps, eliminate inefficiencies, and optimize budget allocation. Build a scalable, high-performing design organization with predictable delivery and measurable results.

Требования:

• 8–10+ years of experience in design management, with a proven track record of leading large, multidisciplinary teams of 15–20+ people.
• Extensive experience building, restructuring, and scaling design organizations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple design disciplines, including digital products, marketing, branding, and physical product design.
• Strong people management skills, including hiring, performance management, and developing team leads.
• Expertise in resource planning, process optimization, operational efficiency, and budget management.
• Experience establishing clear accountability, quality standards, and performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills.
