Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines; or equivalent.
• 6 years’ post qualification IT related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor and implement IT solutions, including patient mobile applications and Cloud native system.
• Provide consultancy based on IT and industry expertise, driving database modernization and private Cloud migration strategies.
• Ensure quality assurance of IT solutions, define support needs for users and provide expert level support.
• Provide capacity planning, infrastructure scaling, and resource sizing for containerized and database environments.
• Finalize requirement specifications of IT solutions.
• Liaise with users to collect and analyse user requirements and overall design for the application systems.
• Conduct feasibility study including recommendations for new IT system solutions.
• Provide high level system analysis, problem diagnosis and solving.
• Lead the application development and on-going enhancements.
• Monitor progress for the different stages of application development including design, development, testing, implementation and review.
• Proper handling of change requests, review of standards and guidelines of IT solutions.
• Provide after office hours system support.
