Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $76.00/hr

Location: Remote (U.S. Based)

Employment Type: W2 Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in Eightfold Technologies or similar AI-driven talent platforms. This is a remote, 9-month W2 contractrole supporting strategic talent management initiatives.

As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into actionable insights using AI-powered platforms to enhance recruitment and workforce planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage Eightfold Technologies to generate insights and drive data-informed decision-making in talent management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning processes.
• Analyze data from HRIS, ATS, and other talent systems to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Lead and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on AI-driven talent platforms such as Eightfold.
• Proven expertise in talent management processes, including recruitment and workforce planning.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting within the Eightfold platform.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS (including Taleo), and related systems.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification or formal training in Eightfold Technologies is required.
