What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide detailed support for definition/refinement of business requirements and quality assurance/acceptance testing efforts
- Design, develop, test, and debug software components of moderate complexity
- Offer implementation, production, and upgrade support for software components
- Act as a liaison between the application team and user community, facilitating communication and coordinating system enhancements
- Develop internal IT, user, and operations documentation to ensure smooth operations and easy system maintenance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical/business area plus 2 years of IT or business experience, or 6 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree
- Competent to work on most phases of applications systems analysis activities
- Ability to analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties
- Experience with software development processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
