Job summary

Richmond University Medical Center is seeking a Day Shift IT Analyst to analyze and improve clinical and operational workflows, gather requirements from clinicians and department leaders, and support multiple healthcare applications.

You will act as a liaison between end users, IT, and software vendors, investigate system issues, and coordinate resolutions. The role involves creating reports and dashboards, managing upgrades, and delivering user training while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing clinical workflows and improving operational processes.
• Ability to gather requirements from clinicians, department leaders, and business users.
• Experience configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting healthcare applications such as Meditech, Epic, Athena, Cerner, PACS, etc.
