Job summary

i3, LLC dba Iris Intelligence seeks an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems in a Baltimore area setting.

The role includes daily configuration and operation management, user assistance, Tier 1/2 support, and monitoring of client/server/storage/network devices, with emphasis on operational efficiency and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Five (5) years of SA experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
