LOCATION: This role is open to candidates based in one of the following markets: San Francisco Bay Area, Denver (CO), Dallas/FT. Worth (TX), Austin (TX), or New York City (NY).
CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines
Collaboratively works to identify best practices, assess business needs, and develop recommendations for operational improvements across the system
Assist with Project Management by collaboratively working with department leaders and following up on task completion
Assist with operationalizing brand initiatives, including but not limited to technology platforms, menu changes/expansion, new channels/off-premise, and format innovation
Assist with building rollout pipeline timing and building scalable solutions across Operations
Build strong working relationships with internal partners to ensure successful communication and execution of initiatives that impact Operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
Real-world understanding of operations for both front-of-house and back-of-house
Experience with various POS and restaurant technology systems and data entry. Ideal platforms include Toast, Crunchtime, Workday, and NetSuite
Experience with spreadsheets and slides (Microsoft or Google preferred)
Ability to assist with driving initiatives from ideation to execution through collaboration and influence with cross-functional teams
Enthusiasm for thinking differently, tackling complex problems, and identifying new ways of doing things
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, while balancing the demands of the day-to-day business and the system priorities
A thorough understanding of all theater/F&B operations is preferred
Strong self-starter who takes direction well and at the same time functions autonomously
