About the Role

As an IT Systems Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting and securing the systems that power Elevait’s operations. This role is ideal for those with experience in:

• Network operations
• Cybersecurity
• Systems administration

You'll gain exposure to cloud-first environments, cross-functional collaboration, and enterprise-grade tools—all while working from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain cloud-based platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SaaS apps)
• Monitor system health, manage backups, and enforce security compliance
• Provide remote technical support across hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Oversee user provisioning, permissions, and device management
• Assist in IT policy development, rollouts, and enforcement
• Troubleshoot issues across cloud environments, endpoints, and access systems
• Maintain detailed IT documentation, inventories, and user guides
• Partner with recruiting, marketing, and onboarding teams to ensure IT readiness

What You’ll Bring

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking
• Experience managing Windows and/or Mac environments
• Familiarity with cloud tools (M365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.)
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data protection
• Ability to communicate clearly and support end users with varying levels of technical experience
• Previous military roles in communications, IT, cyber, or tech support are highly applicable
