Kaizen Approach, Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator to support complex IT systems in a secure government environment.
You will manage infrastructure across client, server, storage, network, and mobile systems, providing Tier 1–3 support and coordinating escalation to agency management and internal customers. The role requires configuring UNIX, Linux, and Windows OS, installing software, and implementing enhancements to improve performance.
Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a Systems Administrator to provide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for complex Information Technology (IT) systems within a secure government environment. In this role, you will manage IT system infrastructure and oversee processes that ensure optimal performance and reliability across client, server, storage, network, and mobile systems. You will provide Tier 1 through Tier 3 support for problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution while coordinating escalation activities and communicating status updates to agency management and internal customers. This position involves configuring and managing UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems, installing and maintaining software, and implementing enhancements to improve system performance. You will also troubleshoot and maintain network components, ensuring operational integrity and seamless integration across all platforms.
